Customer Satisfaction Department
In order
to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction with Customer Service, Claims,
Policy Issue, and Underwriting personnel and procedures, telephone surveys
are conducted with many clients approximately two weeks following
completion of service. Any complaints are followed up on immediately and
all suggestions are welcomed. The Customer Satisfaction Department ensures
that the Customer always has a voice at UTG. If you have any suggestions
