Premium Frequency

You choose the frequency of premium payments – Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly or Monthly.

To change the frequency of your payments, contact our Customer Service Department at 800-323-0050. You may also provide a completed and signed Multipurpose Change Form to UTG Customer Service, PO Box 410, Stanford, KY 40484-0410.

Payment Method

You choose the method – Check or Automatic Withdrawal.

(Please be sure to include your policy number on your check.)

If you would like to pay your premium automatically from your bank account, please download and print a Request for Electronic Funds Transfer. After completing the form, you may mail the original to UTG Customer Service, PO Box 410, Stanford, KY 40484-0410. To ensure proper credit to your account, please include a voided check or deposit slip from the account you will be using to pay your premium.
